We are not bound by one narrow set of service. We are driven by the end goal of delivering 10X transformation to our clients. We work backwards from the end-objective of being a MiH enterprise, and work backwards on how to make it happen. A transformation solution could be very different between two companies, based on their products, skill-levels, business life-cycle, resources, challenges and opportunities. A solution for one company will not work to the same level for another company. Having holostic approach and develop customized solutions, is what we stand for. With this spirit, we provide a wide-range of services to ensure most effective and economic engagements for you.

Executive Coaching

This is a 6 to 12-month engagement, where we do one-on-one and team coaching to transform the performance and leadership capabilities of sales managers at all levels. Starting with Individual-level assessment, we make the development road-map and work with employees to make them super-stars.

High-impact workshops

Take the benefit of our years of expertise within a span of a few hours. We conduct High-Impact 1-2 day Workshops to focus on a specific set of areas, where we conduct diagnostics, share best practices, identify quick-hit solutions applicable to your context and work with you to come out with a game-plan.

MiH Designs and Blueprints

A good game-plan is half the battle won. These are Short-Span (1-8 weeks) but highly intense engagements where we work with you to design detailed & executable blueprint for a functional or enterprise-level agenda. We develop actionable plans for enterprise strategy, Sales, Digitization, supply chain, cash management, organization development, supply-chain and operational excellence.

MiH Execution

These are 3-12 month engagements, where we stand and work with you for end-to-end design and implementation of specific super-critical areas, which can unleash your success. Most organizations have 3 to 5 areas of challenges/opportunities, which if addressed can propel them for 10X journey. We make it happen for them.These engagements are a highly intense and results-oriented. We work with highest level of sponsorship from the Top management (and company board, if need be), to ensure success in these 'make or break areas'.
